Description: This project is a 86,549 sf YMCA Athletic Facility, Day Care and Aquatics Center. Included in the Aquatic Center are a 25-meter swimming pool, training pool, kiddie pool and “Lazy River” along with support facilities. The YMCA center includes administrative offices, day care facilities, gymnasiums, elevated running track, locker rooms and support facilities. CM Company provided pre-construction and construction services. Since the City of Caldwell participated in this project, CM Company worked closely with city personnel to coordinate this project.
Structure: The structure is concrete masonry walls with steel frame roof and floors.
