Description: This project is a five story, 85,000 sf first-class office building. The building has a 45,000 sf landscaped plaza with parking over a 68,000 sf parking garage. The mechanical room is located on top of the fifth floor. The building is served by two high-speed cable elevators. Most of the interior tenant work was done at a later date by CM Company, Inc.
