CM Company worked with the Meridian Library District as their Construction Manager to renovate an existing, 3,700-square-foot, two-story structure, in downtown Meridian into the a unique business and technology branch of the library.
unBound offers specialty spaces designed to support small businesses and entrepreneurs through access to classes and equipment for fabrication and content creation. Specialized rooms, such as a sound-dampened podcast recording room and two rooms dedicated to hi-tech design and fabrication technology, were meticulously created to allow for active use of multiple complex machines in the relatively small footprint of the unBound branch.
