CM Company was the construction manager in charge of renovating this 100 year old school building by providing new HVAC Systems, ADA Upgrades, New Elevator, and New Finishes, Millwork and State-Of-The-Art Audio/Visual Equipment Throughout!
In addition to the interior renovation, the building received new historically appropriate windows and exterior cleaning and repainting.
CM Company worked closely with the architects and owners over a 2 year period to budget, evaluate design options and bid the project.
