CM Company worked with Delta Dental of Idaho to expand their office space by 13,700 square feet. This new expansion increases their capacity from 70 employees to 105 employees.
The owner decided to build a second structure, tilted to match the angle of Parkcenter Boulevard, with a passageway connecting the new and old buildings. Once the new building was completed the Delta Dental staff moved in and CM Company began renovating the original building to the updated design elements.
Both buildings include high-end sophisticated electrical, mechanical, and security systems. A back-up generator with an enclosure structure was added to protect the campus and building operations during a power outage.
The parking lot on the side of the building was moved to the rear with the addition of a small walking park for employees and a four-bay garage to house their outreach RV’s onsite.
