Work began during the summer of 2017 to renovate Boise High School’s old gymnasium. The gym was originally built in 1936 and now serves primarily as a space for physical education classes and competitive games.
The renovation project included rebuilding the music building to better serve students by adding and improving on performing arts classrooms.
This project provides students with a new, state-of-the-art educational facility with larger classrooms, a modern gymnasium, locker rooms, a weight room, a wrestling room, more technology, and improved safety and security features to help students learn in a safe, secure and supportive environment.
