CM Company’s experienced project management team takes pride in delivering projects on-time and on-budget by focusing on Coordination and Scheduling, Quality Management, and Cost Control.
Project Management Software
Procore is the project management software that is used to ensure each team member, from subcontractors, to designers, to owners, can work together seamlessly by giving each member access to all of the project’s information. The use of Procore helps to better document, track, and distribute submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other important items to keep the projects fun as efficiently as possible.
Building Information Modeling
The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) along with other project management and scheduling software enables the team to work as efficiently as possible to ensure every detail of the project is accounted for.
The use of Autodesk products like AutoCAD, Civil3D, Navisworks, and Revit, allows for better management and better communication of the design team and owner’s visions for their project.
Photogrammetry Software
The use of a drone allows CM Company to create stunning and unique images of the project. These images are not only visually interesting, but allow for better track job progress. Aerial imagery combined with advanced photogrammetry software allows us to generate topographic models of your site to track and analyze site work.
360 Degree Camera
360 degree panoramic photos and videos allows for better documentation and communication of job progress both internally and with owners. These pictures can be used at a later date by maintenance teams by providing ultra high resolution documentation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural details that are covered up by building finishes.
Virtual Reality
Bringing Building Information Models to the field and generating viewers for clients who don’t have access to Building Information Modeling software, allows CM Company to make the most of those models. We can even generate virtual reality walk-throughs to allow clients to experience their buildings digitally before paying to have them built physically.
