“As a parent, if my child had the opportunity to learn in a building built by CM Company, that is what I would desire for my child. The quality and atmosphere will be only the best!” – Dan Arriola Superintendent of Schools Wilder School District

The facility replaces the original elementary school which remained occupied during a portion of the construction and was later demolished and replaced with site improvements.  The budget accommodated desired alternates along with several campus improvements.  CM Company worked with the contractors to accommodate the added work while maintaining the original schedule. Careful team planning allowed us to utilize existing site conditions and help maintain historical characteristics.  A project savings will allow the district to plan future improvements.

The project was definitely an emotional highlight in the community.

Structure:  The building is a single story, constructed using structural steel studs with brick veneer, stucco, and a wood framed roof structure.

Services:  Construction Management

Challenges:  Subsurface demolition and abatement was required to prepare the site on which the former High School had been demolished and buried.  Careful planning and environmental considerations played an important role as we unearthed the conditions.
