CM Company originally began work on the Treasure Valley Institute for Children’s Arts (TRICA) with phase one in 2009, with structural stabilization and methamphetamine remediation of the century-old former church. In 2015, plans began for a full tenant improvement, and in 2017, funds became available to reconstruct the southern portico and make exterior masonry improvements.
In this final phase, CM Company performed a complete interior build-out of the basement and main level, over 10,000 square feet, adding bathrooms on both floors, offices, a conference room, and new mechanical and electrical systems. An elevator was added, as well as several other improvements to the building’s ADA accessibility.
