Description: CM Company has a strong working relationship with Seattle based hotel developer/operator, Inn Ventures, Inc.
The Boise project consisted of a complete interior and exterior renovation. All guest rooms were completely redone and conference rooms remodeled. The exterior synthetic stucco system, wall sheathing and windows were all replaced. The entire project was completed in phases while the hotel was still in operation.
The Vancouver project was a new 119 room, 68,000 sf hotel complete with swimming pool, hot tub, fitness gym, conference rooms and fire place lit lounge/lobby sitting areas.
