Description: This project is a 3-building office/retail complex located in Parkcenter Office Park in Boise.
The two office buildings contain 118,000 sf of space on three floors. The single story retail building contains 10,000 sf of space. In addition to constructing the three buildings CM Company, Inc. was responsible for all site development, construction of half of the tenant build out work and installation of a new 3-way traffic signal at the entry to the complex.
CM Company, Inc. worked closely with the Owner and architect to develop schematic, preliminary and a final guaranteed maximum price for this project.

Structure: The buildings are constructed with structural steel floor and roof assemblies and load bearing masonry walls.
Challenges: The project was especially challenging because of budget constraints while maintaining the unique architectural appearance of the development.
