Description: CM Company has a strong working relationship with Seattle based hotel developer/operator, Inn Ventures, Inc. and have constructed four Residence Inn Hotel projects for them since 1996.
These projects consisted of multiple residential buildings housing suite units along with a central office/lobby meeting rooms contained in a “Gatehouse”. All four packages were 2 and 3 story wood frame construction. Exterior finishes were composition siding and wood trim. Suite interiors contained full kitchens and had extensive trim and cabinetry. CM Company worked closely with the owner during the final phase of construction to coordinate fixturing and provide a phased move-in. This close coordination helped accelerate the occupancy of the projects.
