CM Company worked with Idaho Central Credit Union (ICCU) on a new branch in meridian on Linder. What makes this ICCU location stand out is the modern feel the exterior has. We worked with closely with Lombard Conrad Architects to ensure the design was not only up to ICCU’s standard but that it was cost efficent and made the most since for the space. Our process for value engineering is aimed to help get the most long term usage of the space.
The building is 6,221-square-feet and features a vault, eight teller desks, five cubicles, two private offices, branch manager office, breakroom, storage room, staff restrooms, and a mothers room. The exterior features 6 lanes of drive up ATM’s, utilizing the pneumatic tube system.
