CM Company collaborated with Idaho Central Credit Union (ICCU) to build a new branch in Meridian on Linder Road. What sets apart this ICCU location is its contemporary exterior design. Working in tandem with Lombard Conrad Architects, we ensured that the design not only met ICCU’s high standards but also remained cost-efficient while optimizing the available space. Our commitment to value engineering ensures that the space is utilized effectively for long-term functionality.
Spanning 6,221 square feet, the building boasts a range of amenities, including a vault, eight teller desks, five cubicles, two private offices, a branch manager’s office, a breakroom, a storage room, staff restrooms, and a mother’s room. Additionally, the exterior showcases six drive-up ATM lanes equipped with a pneumatic tube system, enhancing convenience for customers.
