The post-tension concrete design allows cost benefits as well as offers thinner concrete slabs and longer spans between support columns, which translates into lower construction costs and a more open building design.
CM Company recenlty completed the construction of this 165 suite, 140,186 sf hotel, complete with Offices, Lobby, Kitchen, Restaurant, Lounge, Meeting Rooms, Exercise Room, and Indoor Pool.
This Hotel is seven-stories with basement constructed with post-tensioned concrete decks and light gauge metal wall framing. The first floor also has structural steel support framing.
Cm Company worked closely with the owners during pre-construction to stay within budget and have provided additional cost and design information to finalize the interior finishes at the Public Space in the hotel. This hotel was completed on time and under budget.
