Idaho Central Credit Union - Overland Branch

The interior mezzanine and clouds offer an aesthetic highlight to the branch.

Description:  CM Company worked closely  with Idaho Central Credit Union and Lombard Conrad Architects throughout the design and construction of the new 7940 sf branch with a 1840 sq. ft. canopy located in Boise. This building replaced the existing Overland branch, and was constructed on the property directly adjacent to the existing branch.

Structure: The credit union is built with woodframe construction, framed in structural metal studs and asphalt shingle roofs. The exterior finishes include brick, synthetic stucco, Zinc Metal Siding and Curtain Walls. Check out the interior mezzanine photos, an aesthetic highlight to the branch.

Services: Construction Management/General Contractor

Challenges: Logistics comprised the main challenge of this project resulting in a phased approach to the construction.

  • Phase one - Construct and occupy the new building.
  • Phase Two -  Demolish the existing credit union building, and expand site furnishings.

This approach eliminated any down time caused by the construction or  move-in process.
